Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns
We do not accept returns for opened or perishable food products. Returns are only accepted if you received the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, spoiled, or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].
2. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Customs delays are outside our control and not eligible for refunds.
