Shipping and Handling Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
2. Shipping Time
International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Customs clearance may add extra time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees. We cannot control or predict these charges.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-payment of customs fees, or customer refusal, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
